Do you sell retail?
No. Sorry, we're not in the retail business. We supply our products to Dr's offices, distributors, and retailers.

How can I place an order?
It's very easy to place your order with us. You can do one of the following:
1. You can place your order on our website if you already have an account with us. Just select the products you would like to purchase, enter the quantity, click add to cart, follow the steps to check out. We will bill you according to your account instructions.
2. You can also fax (1-800-757-4769) your order.

How can I pay for my orders?
We accept payment by check or all major credit cards.
How do you ship? How do you charge shipping?
Most orders ship the same day the order is placed. If orders are placed late in the day, it will go out the following day. We ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs will depend on actual weight of your order and your selected carrier's standard rate.
Do you have free shipping?
No, under normal circumstances, the shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
